Email not received

Follow these steps if you haven't received an email notification from the platform.

If you do not receive an email you are expecting, please check your spam box and also that you have entered the email address correctly.

Platform emails

To see platform emails:

  1. Click Settings, then Setup.

  2. Click General and then scroll down to the platform emails notification field.


From emails

To see from emails:

  1. Click Tools, then Forms.

  2. Click the pencil and paper icon to edit the form.

    • The Email Organisation field determines the forms email address.


Event emails

For event emails, the recipient is set to the owner of the event.

If the email is correctly entered, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and provide us with the details of the email you haven't received, as this will allow us to investigate the issue.
