If a donation from a supporter fails, a message will be displayed on the screen managed by a snippet.
You can edit the text displayed to users on the donation error page on your website by editing the relevant snippet.
By default, the following text will display: 'Woops! There seems to have been a problem, please contact us
Edit the snippet
Select the Settings module.
Click through to List under Snippets in the list on the left hand side.
Select the Donation Error snippet from the list.
In the Edit snippet form you can edit the Title, Banner Image and the Content.
When you're ready, click Update snippet.
