On occasion, you may need to move a donation from one appeal or fundraiser page to another.
For instance, you may be made aware that a supporter has donated to one of your appeals by accident rather than a fundraiser page they wanted to support.
Move a donation from an appeal or fundraiser page to another
Click the Appeals module in the Manager.
In the list of appeals, click the amount displayed on the Raised online column for the appeal you'd like to edit.
You will be taken to a page called Donations.
In the list of donations, click the Edit icon next to the donation you'd like to move to another appeal.
In the donation transaction form which appears, scroll down and click the Appeals dropdown menu.
Select the appeal you'd like to move the donation to.
Once you've done this scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Update Payment.
The donation will be removed from the total for the appeal you've edited and added to the total for the appeal you selected from the dropdown menu.
