View payment data in Access Charity CRM

This article explains how to review data sent from Access Raise to Charity CRM.

To view the payments from your Access Raise platform you will need to log in to the Charity CRM application that you have linked with your Access NFP Website Suite platform.

Once logged in, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Finance, then Payments.

  2. Click Search once the payments module has loaded.

  3. In the Details tab, click Source and either:

    • Select JOYFULPLATFORM.

    • Enter the text of the donation reasons under Contains values.

  4. Click Go, then click Apply at the top of the page.


You will now start seeing some results in the panel on the left.

If not, it could be that a member has not yet been created or updated via your website platform. If this is the case, please refer to the logs under the CRM Integration settings within Access Raise.
