Follow these steps to add redirect links and remove existing ones.

You can add redirects to your site, giving you the ability to control the journey and ensure that the users land on the correct page, whether that's on your site or an external location.

We also have a separate guide on redirecting documents from the Media Centre.

Add a redirect

To add a new redirect, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Settings, then under Set-up, click Redirects.

  2. Click Add, then in the Link to Forward field, enter the URL you want to redirect users from.

  3. In the Forwarding to field, enter the URL you want to redirect users to, then click Save.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: If you want to add another redirect, click add before saving and repeat the process.

Edit an existing redirect

You can edit one of your existing redirects following these steps.

  1. Click Settings, then under Set-up, click Redirects.

  2. In the Link to forward or Forwarding to fields, edit the URL, then click Save.

Remove a redirect

If you no longer need a redirect, you can remove it following these simple steps.

  1. Click Settings, then under Set-up, click Redirects.

  2. On the row youโ€™d like to remove, click Remove, then click Save.

It can take up to 24 hours for the redirect to work but usually, it will have effect after 20-30 minutes.

๐Ÿค“ Tip: It's advisable to clear your browser's cache to see them working as soon as possible.
