By default, donation notifications will go to two addresses and these can be found as follows:
The Donation notification recipient (optional) address that is shown in Settings, Set-Up under the General section. If this field is not filled in this notification will go to the default platform email.
The person who is added to the Who is running this appeal? box on the appeal itself - their email address will be taken from their member record in the People module.
We can't make notifications go to more addresses than this, as only one address can be entered into each field.
π€ Tip: If you want multiple addresses to receive this, we'd recommend setting up a forwarding rule on your end to have these emails forwarded automatically to the necessary address.
βIf there is no Appeal waiting to be notified but you have an email notification, either:
It has already been approved by a colleague.
The raiser of the Appeal has deleted it.
