When a website visitor books a ticket for one of your events, they will be taken through to a thank you page on the website confirming that their booking has been made.
The text which displays on this page pulls through from a snippet which is given the 'Event Order Complete' category.
By default, the snippet will display this text: 'Thank you for your event order! A receipt will be in your inbox shortly.'
Follow the below steps to update the snippet:
Click Settings.
In the side menu, click List under Snippets.
Use the Category dropdown menu to select Event Order Complete.
Click Search.
Select the Event Order Complete snippet from the table.
Edit the text in the main content editor.
Click Update Snippet.
