Create a link to a custom form

This article explains the 2 methods to create a link to a custom form created on the platform.

Add a form to your website

Once you have created a form using the Form Builder, there are two ways to add it to your website:

  • Add the form as an item in your website menu.

  • Create a direct link to the form from another post.

📌 Note: Forms cannot currently be embedded directly within a post.

Add a form to your website menu

  1. Go to the Settings module in the Manager and select General under Navigation in the side menu.

  2. Select Forms from the What sort of page is this? dropdown.

  3. Select the relevant form from the And what will it display? dropdown.

  4. Click Add web page.

  5. Drag the new page to the desired position in your website navigation.

Create a direct link to a form from a post

  1. Open the relevant post from the Pages, Events, News, Blog, Appeals or FAQs module in the Manager.

  2. In the WYSIWYG editor, highlight the text you want to link to the form.

  3. Click the Insert page link button.

  4. In the window that opens, select Forms from the What sort of page is this? dropdown.

  5. Select the form you want to link to from the And what will this display? dropdown.

  6. Click Insert page link.
