You can export the following data from the platform:
Pages
Products
Payments
Members
Links to media files
Comments
To access the data export, add the following path to your website domain:
/manager/reports/data-export/
For example: www.yourwebsite.org.uk/manager/reports/data-export/
đ Note: It is not possible to automate the data export via FTP.
Once the platform is switched off, all data will be anonymised. We therefore recommend completing the export before the agreed switch-off date to ensure you retain the information you require.
