The easiest way to identify an element in the homepage is to use the Edit a post dropdown menu located in the top-left, which shows on the homepage when you’re logged in.
When you select an individual element from the menu, it highlights it on your homepage with a dotted line. You can edit the selected element by clicking Edit.
Snippets
Snippets are bits of content on your homepage, such as social media buttons in the header, straplines and footer links. You manage these elements with snippets.
To view and edit snippets, follow these simple steps:
Click Settings then click Snippets.
Click list then click the snippet you’d like to edit.
When complete, click Update settings.
⚠️ Important: Be careful when editing snippets as any changes could significantly alter the design on your homepage.
We recommend taking a backup of the snippet source code before making any changes. You can find the source code in the snippet content editor; the button looks like this <>.
