To add an anchor to a section of a post highlight the text you want visitors to jump to and click the anchor button.
Give the anchor link a name in the ID field and click Ok.
Highlight the text you want to jump from and click the Insert/Edit Link button.
In the window which opens select the anchor ID you added from the Anchors dropdown menu and click Ok.
This will insert a link into your text which will jump to wherever you've placed your anchor.
