Reset your password
Resetting your Raising IT password is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below:
Go to your website’s login page, which is often accessible from the Login link at the bottom of the website.
Select Forgot password?
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Select Reset my Password.
You will receive an email containing instructions to reset your password. If the email does not arrive immediately, please check your spam or junk folders and any email filters to ensure the message has not been redirected or blocked.
If you are still having problems logging in
If you have successfully reset your password but are still unable to log in, try typing your new password into a text editor such as Notepad first. This allows you to check that the password has been entered correctly before copying and pasting it into the password field.
This can help identify common issues such as:
Caps Lock being accidentally enabled
Typing errors
Keys becoming stuck on your keyboard
