Direct Debits can only be amended by our development team.
If a donor requests to change their direct debit amount, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and attach the Direct Debit Modification Request Form.
We are not able to change the frequency of direct debits, so any that have been set up with the incorrect frequency will need cancelling and resubmitting.
📌 Note: Changes to direct debits will be made within one calendar month, but we aren't able to specify exactly when these changes will be made.
An alternative way would be to cancel the current direct debit and create a new one with the new amount.
