Many third party products are compatible with the platform and although we do not support third party applications we are more than happy to offer advice and to test or embed these for you.
In general, third party applications that can be embedded in an iFrame are likely to be successful although we cannot guarantee their compatibility without the code to test with.
Please note the following:
Web Forms
The Access Raise platform uses a technology called "Web Forms" to construct its pages. This means that every page on the site is wrapped in <form> tags.
One <form> tag can't be included inside another otherwise the form submission will fail. If the third party code relies on <form> tags, it will not work in the platform.
Support for third-party code
We are always happy to help you with issues you have using the platform, or with the parts of the website that we've built for you. However, we can't provide direct support for any third-party code on the website.
What we can do is guide you to use the tools in the platform that allow you to insert the code. If any issues arise, then as the first port of call, we’d recommend contacting the providers of the third-party code.
Direct integrations with third-party tools
The Access Raise platform is a packaged solution. Some third-party tools, such as CRMs or mailing list software may have ways for systems like the platform to link in with them directly, to facilitate direct data sharing.
The platform does not currently have a publicly available API, and so we are unable to offer direct integrations with third-party tools.
If you have a third party solution in mind, please reach out to us via the Digital Assistant and request to speak to our Support team. Please include the embed code and where you want the app to appear and we will be happy to test for compatibility and add this for you if successful.
