Report | Functionality |
Donations | Shows all donations made on the platform which have been successful. You have the option to run donations for a specific appeal if you wish. |
Donations Mega Report | Shows all donations made, splitting fundraisers and in memory. |
Donations (Include cover our costs) | Shows all donations made, including the 'Cover our cost' amount if selected. |
Donations (Gift Aid) | Shows all donations made on the platform which were successful and included Gift Aid. The report includes the Gift Aid value. |
Appeals | Shows a list of all of the appeal posts created in your platform. |
Events | Shows a list of all of the event posts created in your platform. |
Pledged Donations | Shows a list of people who have pledged/signed up to pay by Direct Debit but for whom no payment has been taken yet. This report also includes details of future ongoing payments. Once a payment has been taken from a user their details will drop out of this report but remain in the Regular Payment Sign Ups report (see above). |
Completed Payments | Shows a list of all successful payments in your platform, including Shop orders, donations, ticket orders. You have the option to filter by Payment Type (e.g. Appeal, Event, or Order) and Payment Gateway (e.g. Stripe, GoCardless or Paypal). |
Event by Tickets & Extras | Shows event orders, including all tickets, extras and associated attributes which have been bought as part of the order. The purchaser's name, email address and telephone number (if this information has been provided) will also be included in this report. |
Events (all) by Tickets & Extras | Shows event orders for all events, including tickets, extras and associated attributes which form part of the order. The purchaser's name, email address and telephone number (if this information has been provided) will also be included in this report. |
Events (all) by tickets & Extras (Including contact preferences) | Shows event orders for all events, including tickets, extra, associated attributes, and any preferred methods of contact. |
Pages | Shows a list of all of the page posts created in your platform. |
News | Shows a list of all of the news posts created in your platform. |
FAQs | Shows a list of all of the FAQ posts created in your platform. |
Blog Posts | Shows a list of all of the event posts created in your platform. |
Products | Shows a list of all of products created in your platform. |
Regular Payment Sign Ups | Shows a list of all people who have pledged to pay by Direct Debit. This report shows all direct debit sign ups made between the dates selected whether a payment has been taken from the user or whether the first payment is yet to be taken. |
People | Shows all active members and contacts. This report includes contact channel and contact reason preferences selected by members and contacts. You have the option to run this report by member group and/or member role. You also have the option to run this to show only member and contacts registered or updated between certain dates. |
Orders | Shows shop and event ticket orders. |
Order Payments | Shows all successful orders (whether from shop or events) where status is OK. This doesnโt include tickets and extras. |
Members | Shows all active members. This report includes contact channel and contact reason preferences selected by members. You have the option to run this report by member group and/or member role. You also have the option to run this to show only member registered or updated between certain dates. |
