This issue is usually caused by incorrect custom HTML code inserted in to the page. While you are free to insert HTML please ensure that it is being done correctly as any incorrect changes can cause complex issues for your site.
When dealing with HTML please keep the following points in mind:
It’s <br> or </br>, not <br/>.
If you open a <i> tag, they need to close it at some point </i>
<b> Same applies for the bold tags </b>
